Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide feedback to management on product issues and inventory matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with all company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Capacity to operate a cash register and store equipment safely and efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
