Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and competencies by providing exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions efficiently.
• Meet all necessary requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
