Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, supporting customers, and collaborating with team members to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and share feedback with store management.
• Follow inventory procedures and contribute to maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security measures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
