Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with the store management team.
• Provide feedback to management on product issues, inventory losses, and other concerns.
• Participate in store inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
