Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
