Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your key responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
