Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist customers during their shopping visits.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate transparently with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 45 pounds, and stock merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
