Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
- Assist customers, work collaboratively with team members, and report feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure cash policy adherence.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning duties.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
