As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's operations and providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure that the store is merchandised, stocked, and cleaned to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
