Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include stocking product, operating the cash register, and collaborating with team members to meet store goals.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and teamwork
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately
• Assist with store inventory counts and monitoring
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
