Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties and adhere to company policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
