Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies, Mindsets, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively within the team, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Adherence to company policies and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior retail experience (preferred).
- Ability to meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
