Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with shopping
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures for document security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safe equipment operation
• General cleaning skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is beneficial
