Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visits.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
