Job Description

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail and knowledge of company policies preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and ability to work independently or in a team.
