Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining product displays, cashiering, and upholding high standards of cleanliness in the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- General cleaning duties adherence to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
