Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
