Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets and ALDI Acts Competencies as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security of documents and data.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
