Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Work as a team member, communicate clearly with management, and provide feedback on inventory and product issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies
• Follow company procedures, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform any other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and various equipment
• Capability to perform cleaning tasks to company standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
