As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
