Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-merchandised, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure the store is well-organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory levels, participate in inventory counts, and report any issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a neat and clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
