Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your dedication to enhancing the shopping experience for customers and collaborating with team members will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
