Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company expectations and standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with team members.
• Communicate feedback to management regarding products, inventory, and operational concerns.
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling policies accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
