Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating effectively with the team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills while processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and providing top-notch customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management effectively.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a secure and confidential work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Experience in retail and proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
