Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and that customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
