Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with team members, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
