Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
