Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and handle products safely.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
