Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the Aldi team while maintaining a clean and customer-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and polite customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to understand and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
