Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Efficient cash register operation and general cleaning skills.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask professionally.
