Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members, following company policies, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
