Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsents, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
