Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with our ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
