Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will elevate the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and M.A.P. principles.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and ensure document security.

Physical Demands

• Stock and place merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and carry out general store duties.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skilled in equipment operation, cleaning, and following company policies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
