Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Support inventory management and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
