Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI’s core values and competencies in day-to-day operations.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Monitor inventory, handle cash transactions, and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
