Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management, including monitoring accuracy and reporting issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide efficient and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
• Physical ability to lift and move product up to 45 pounds and perform cleaning tasks.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
