Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by assisting with merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
