Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI and contribute to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will engage in a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and ensuring the store's overall appearance is maintained to the highest standard.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers at checkout and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback to improve product quality and customer experience.
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures to ensure security and minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
