Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of using store equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
