Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist with customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining security and confidentiality
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate cash registers and other equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
