Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, report issues, and comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, perform cleaning tasks, and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
