Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment
• Offer feedback to management on inventory and product issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
