Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
