Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store displays, and offer exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
