Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and upholding ALDI's high standards for cleanliness and efficiency.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with team members
• Communicate effectively with store management to address issues and provide feedback on products and inventory
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and organized store environment
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Ability to operate cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
