Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

ALDI is currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
