Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous customer service.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
