Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that customers have a positive and seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Aptitude for operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
