Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall store operations. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise products, operate the cash register, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the overall appearance of the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely, including a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per state and local requirements.
